More than your average agent…

James L. “Trey” Grisard, III began his career in the real estate industry in 2008, not as an agent, but as an Investor. Since then he has purchased and managed multiple Residential Rentals here in the Chattanooga area, and continues to do so today. In 2014 James took on the role of an Agent with Keller Williams Realty after being awarded the Kay Evans Real Estate Scholarship from Keller Williams Southeast Region, which is given to one select individual in the southeast, at one chosen University by the KW team.

With a Bachelors Degree in Business: Entrepreneurship and Marketing, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, James’ core focus in this business is to assist and educate YOU, the buyers and sellers, from the time you are ready to start looking at properties, until the day you finalize the transaction. Being a native to the Chattanooga area, James is very familiar with the communities surrounding Chattanooga and is very active in the community and likes to be aware of all that is up and coming in Chattanooga.
